Personal Data Protection Notice

2. Personal Data We Process

• Identity: first and last name (via the reservation form)
• Contact: phone number (via the reservation form)
• Customer transaction: reservation type, date, time, number of guests and any notes you provide
• Transaction security: IP address and access time within standard server access logs kept by our hosting provider
• Preference: the cookie storing your language choice (see our Privacy & Cookie Policy)

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds

• Receiving your reservation request, contacting you to confirm it and providing the service — KVKK Art. 5/2-c: processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
• Responding to your requests and questions, carrying out communication activities — KVKK Art. 5/2-f: legitimate interest of the data controller
• Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities — KVKK Art. 5/2-ç: compliance with a legal obligation

4. Transfers of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with the provider hosting our website and e-mail infrastructure, and with legally authorised institutions, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that communication is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta Platforms) own privacy policy.

5. Collection Method

Your personal data is collected through the reservation form on our website and through phone, WhatsApp and e-mail channels, by automatic or partly automatic means.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and any statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed;
• Request information about such processing;
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad;
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK;
• Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred;
• Object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems;
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

You may submit requests concerning your rights, together with documents verifying your identity, through the channels below. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
